Masaar Connect acts as a B2B intermediary platform and does not own or operate hotels, transport providers, or other services listed on the platform.
Payment terms vary by supplier. Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment as required by supplier agreements.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to supplier policies. Masaar Connect is not responsible for refund approvals or processing.
Masaar Connect is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, supplier failures, booking cancellations, or system downtime.
User data is used only for operational purposes including bookings, communication, and account management. Data is not sold to third parties.
Masaar Connect is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, or system failures.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse or breach of these terms.
